New Accounts
- To open a new account, the first order must be paid COD.
A 30 day Account will be opened with J & M Pilbeam Textiles when an account
application has been approved.
Payments
- We accept Cheques and Direct Deposit only.
Returns &
Credits - Claims must be reported via phone / fax within 7 days
of receiving stock
Freight &
Delivery - Freight charges are calculated by location Auckland
City $18.00,North Island $23.00 and South Island $28.00. All goods are shipped
from our distribution warehouse in Abbotsford, Victoria AUSTRALIA.
Delivery to New Zealand Sea freight take 2-3
weeks and Air freight takes 5-10 days.
Please allow for longer delivery times due to
Custom clearance and Public holidays.
