New Accounts -
To open a new account, the first order must be paid COD.
A 30 day Account will be opened with J & M Pilbeam
Textiles when an account application has been approved.
Payments - We accept
Cheques, Visa, Master card and Direct Deposit
Returns & Credits - Claims must be
reported via phone / fax within 7 days of receiving stock.
Freight & Delivery-
Freight charges are calculated by location. Local Victoria $ 25.00,
Interstate City $ 25.00, Tasmania $ 30.00 and Country areas
calculated accordingly. All goods are shipped from our distribution
warehouse in Abbotsford, Victoria.We will make every effort to deliver your
order to you as soon as possilbe. Generally, most metropolitan areas should
receive delivery within 3-4 days. Delivery to some destinations may take 7-10
days. Please allow for longer delivery times during Public holidays and peck
periods.
